Sky mini

My sky mini box won't play The Last of Us but we can watch it (and all other Atlantic content) on main box. Any ideas of how to fix? Other recordings are playing fine. The message is 'the content you have selected cannot be played on this device'

Hi @RedRushworth

Looks like the content is in UHD which mini boxes will not handle.

HD is max resolution on Q minis and they will not downscale UHD
