Sky mini wont connect (20th time)

My sky mini won't connect to the router or sky q and even when it does the connection keeps dropping I have sky WiFi max so I will 100% be getting my money back I'd like a permanent fix for this also as this is not worth the money the fixes I have tried are reseting the router and the mini box and the main sky q box among all other fixes but it still isn't connecting to the Internet only to the sky q not happy will want compensation such lazy lazy staff

@Gamer01000 as far as I was aware the sky max router wasn't being supplied for customers that have Sky Q with mini boxes

Your mini boxes won't connect to the Sky max router as it won't be part of the mesh so you need to try and  connect your mini boxes to your main box but as I said unless Sky have changed then the Max router isn't being supplied to customers with Sky Q mini boxes so this may be the problem
