Hi all, we have a Sky mini happily connected to our Sky q box. We have a second Sky mini box we can't connect to the internet to pair the device. We've completed factory resets, etc, etc. the symptoms are: 1. If we go through the reset process, we can't move on from the step 1 of 4 action (no button presses do any thing). 2. If we go to the internet settings via the home menu, you can't select the option to choose wi-fi from another provider. 3. If we go into the engineering section via the 0,0,1 code, both 2.4ghz and 5ghz options are switched off and won't switch on. 4. Also tried to connect via Ethernet, but an ip address wasn't found.
any advice?
