Sky mini stuck on red led

Hi, my sky Q mini is stuck on a red LED. I can't get it to switch on. I've rebooted the main box and the sky mini and it still just stays on the red led. Can you help?

Hi @Tracy109 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the minibox.
If this turns the mini box on
With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

The red light does mean it is in Standby @Tracy109 

Have you tried pressing this red light on the mini?   It is also the Standby button.
