I've changed box to two different TVs but small in screen showing technical fault fail

@Bobbird Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then 

with the mini box try holding the reset button on the back in for 20 seconds
