Sky mini boxes keep disconnecting from main box

I recently had to get a new sky q box as the old one was damaged apparently. Since then both the (2) mini boxes disconnect from the main box, I've tried using the sky connector box thing too but it's still happening. This never happened previously with the old box 😞 it's making using the mini boxes very frustrating!
