Sky mini box

Hi

I have a sky mini box which is currently in a TV cabinet behind a door. The only way I can change this currently is by opening the door which is frustrating.

Based on the above, would my only optin be to purchase a 'magic eye' and if so, does anyone have any experince of these?

Thanks

Mike

Hi @MikeHardy1973   You simply need to pair a Voice Control remote (current default) to the box and it will work by Bluetooth. You will need line of sight to pair it the first time. There is no "magic eye" with Sky Q as it is not required.

Re: Sky mini box

Thanks but I don;t have voice control on the controller as it is for the mini box not the main box? Sky don't have magic eye but if you google it, this seems to be an option?

The best option would be to get a BT remote - Sky might send you one for free if you ask nicely.

Any IR repeater ('magic eye') could be problematic.
