Sky mini box says it needs a subscription for any channel yet I have Sky Multiroom enabled

My SkyQ box is saying I need a subscription for any channel I want to watch but I have Sky Multi-room and the Sky box and Sky mini are both active and can see each other, I have tried everything I have seen on the internet ie unplugging, factory resetting, updating the software.....

@nutz21 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
