Sky mini box replacement

I rang today regarding my sky box upstairs that isn't working, the gentleman told me that I would have a new box within 2 days but online it says 4/5 weeks which isn't acceptable please advise when I will receive my new box

Sounds like Sky have arranged what is called a doorstep box swap so have the faulty mini box disconnected near the front door for when DPD deliver the replacement.

In what way isn't it working?  There may be alternative to a swap.

We're other customers here so cannot say for sure.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
