My Sky mini box is flashing a purple/green picture and is completely unusable. Have tried a different hdmi port and another hdmi cable but it remains the same. Have run an XBox through the port and all seems fine with that. Suspect the mini box is unserviceable but wondering if there's things to try before requesting a new one ?

@AJL19682 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
