Sky mini box having issues playing back recordings and showing and error message

I have a setup with the main box in the living room and two mini boxes in upstairs bedrooms. We just recently installed a fourth TV, but its just used for streaming Netfilx etc. The problem we have now is more likely to occur when this new TV is being used.

 

The issue is that on one mini box, when trying to pause, forward, rewind Sky Q recording, it's not responding as it normally does and control is eratic. Also, Netflix loading can be slow. 

 

I have Sky Broadband Ultrafast 1. Is it an issue with the mini box or do I need to upgrade my router, or up my bb speed? The mini box is also showing an error as per screenshot below, but no further info.

Any ideas on how I can resolve?
