Sky mini box ‘dead’

Sky Q main box working perfect. Mini box showing no lights at all on front, tried rebooting numerous times, mini boxes  red light comes on  for about 5-10 seconds when unplugged and plugged back in to mains. This light then goes out on front of box and nothing works. Tried starting with remote and pressing front stand-by button with no joy.

Tried using reset button on rear.....red light comes on (standby button) but nothing else will work after this.....unable to get a green or amber light.

Tried rebooting main box as well to no effect.

Any ideas on what else to try or is there a number I can call to get real world help from a person who knows what to do?

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi @Pennyk

When you tried the reset button on the rear of the mini did you hold it in tor at 15 seconds while switching the mini on at the Mains?

If you followed the procedure in the following link it will lead to an option to replace your mini.
