Sky mini bought from Sky

Hi 

 

do sky reimburse the  £90 when I bought the sky minis and the £99 paid for the original Skyq box

You don't get any reimbursement for either as the equipment is owned by Sky which is why when you cancel both have to be returned so any fees you paid as non refundable.

@Xzarr as @caesarome says, no you don't, you paid an admin fee for these boxes and you did not buy the boxes they are still owned by Sky 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

You're the first person to have not read the contract you agreed to.   The terms are extremely clear that all equipment is loaned and must be returned without an active subscription.
