Sky lost connection to internet

My sky box has lost connection to internet

If you have a Sky router do a reset by pressing the button on the back of the router and then search for your network on the Q box and reconnect.

Sorry that wasn't the issue - the sky box isn't working, it won't turn on. Done a complete reboot and update but no joy, it's stuck in standby mode. The box is only 6 weeks old too!

Our sky box has lost satellite connection, but internet services (eg BBC iPlayer) are fine.

We're the same...losing patience.

The main Sky Box works OK but the mini now does not. Rebooted all devices and router; still no joy. Does nothing work in this Tory-run post-Brexit UK???

Maybe it's a technical glitch which will rectify itself soon!? What a joke though eh!

No they just seem to be piling in with unrelated issues. Have you tried unplugging your box?
