Sky keeps turning off

Sky box keeps turning off and mini boxes keep losing connection

I'm having the same problem. Sky Q box keeps turning off. Sometimes after 30 minutes or so and sometimes after just a few minutes. There seems no solution on here. Can only get through to a bot! Can't seem to reach a real person!
