Sky keeps Turing off on pause

When I pause a program on sky after 5-10 mins my whole tv turns off!!! 
I've been looking online for solutions and seems there is only 1 way to sort this problem?

Unfortunately,  I have not heard of this problem before. 

One thing to check is your TV's own settings in case it has some form of Screen Saving setting which might possibly cause this with a static image

You have posted in the Sky Q section of the forum.

Not ever heard of Sky Q doing this.

Do you have Sky Q, or do you have Sky Stream/Glass?

If you do have Sky Stream or Sky Glass, pausing a live channel or sitting on the home screen will put the Sky Stream puck or Sky Glass TV into standby mode after 5 minutes or so, all part of the Sky eco forced settings for these devices.
