Sky joke

Vague information to resolve issues can be frustrating were is a human when you need one I've had various responses from sky but why do your ai bots send me to an of grid site that wants £1 that I may get a refund for yet they will gain my bank details I don't think so would you do it

What issue are you trying to resolve?

Your post doesn't make sense. What grid and £1 charge are you referring to? 

Sky Customer Service agents are not available 24/7 and our monthly payment would increase dramatically should they be receiving a shift allowance for working unsociable hours.

No idea what site you were on but 100%, that wasn't Sky.
