Sky hub returns

I had a home move so took exsisting Q hub to new property, the install engineer used the same hub to set up. Sky are requesting hub be returned or they will charge for none return, I cannot physically talk to anyone from sky to explain hence why asking here. Anyone help please

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
