Sky equipment

So I got a letter about my sky that I need to return some equipment but I want to see if there are any deals  that I would like and if there are any I might switch back to sky

You're best to phone Sky. If you're not aware this is a community forum so we can't do anything with your account but their phone team should be able to.

@Shabana1971 If you don't return the loaned equipment within the time limit then Sky will charge you for the equipment which could cause further problems for you 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Return it. Their processes will get in a complete mess if you try to change your mind. Better to get new kit sent out via a standard process with a new sign-up.
