Sky dish has not been working correctly for over a year now

My sky box outside on sky dish not working when it rains its worse Internet goes down aswell this has been going on for over a year now why is this box on the sky dish taking awy my Internet when it rains tv goes away takes ages to come back on and it's getting worse no roofer has been out doint know what your on about  roofer

There is no box on the dish. If this has been happening for over a year what have Sky said/done when you've reported it?

Given it has been going on for over a year, I assume you've reported it to Sky - what have they said?
