Is there a message saying no satellite signal? Is it on all channels? Have you checked the cable connections at the box end? It may be that the dish has moved slightly out of alignment due to recent weather / high winds.

Hi, our sky dish is broken outside, actually just hanging on by the wires so we can only watch recordings.  I can't get through on the phone and the virtual assistant is going around in circles.  Any suggestions?  e-mail address maybe?

You'll need to persevere in calling I'm afraid.

 

It may be quicker to employ a local firm to fix the dish (at cost though).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
