Discussion topic: Sky cinema upgrade not working

I seen an offer on my Skp App that was £9 a month for Sky Cinema, i hit upgrade and it went to basket then says Basket empty

So i logged into my sky account on a browser and again keep getting same issue where as soon as i hit Upgrade now it then shows basket empty and not giving me any options

Has anybody seen this before?
