Sky cinema technical issue
I am subscribed to sky cinema. But when I try to watch a film, I select "watch" and I simply have an error message at the top of he screen saying "because if a technical issue your download cannot be completed. Please try again later". This happens no matter which film I select. I am up to date with all my payments for the sky subscription. Any suggestions??

Hi @mattyb77 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
