Sky q Home Screen is saying you can get sky cinema for £9 - when you try to sign up it says £13 , why?

It might be to do with when you are billed, so as we pay in adcance if you signed up you would be billed from the day you activated it up to your billing date plus the next 4 weeks hence the higher price ?
