Sky cinema is not working

When I try to watch Sky Cinema on my Sky Q box it says I need to upgrade.  I have a active subscription and can watch Sky Cinema on Sky Go.

 

I have tried restarting my Sky Q box, I have reset it with the 0 0 1 code and I have tiggered a callback for the viewing card but its still not working.

 

How do I fix this?

 

It seems to be impossible to talk to a real person from Sky.

 

I'm thinking its probably easier just to cancel the whole thing and save lots of money.
