A frustrated sky user

When I ener my username and password into my new tv to access Sky it is saying it's incorrect. I've tried so many times for the last three days!

@Harriet36  Sky Q where you have posted doesn't need you to enter a password to be able to watch on your TV.

 

Perhaps you could explain in more details what app on your TV it is your using to access Sky??

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
