Sky box

Having a nightmare been with you over 16 years sky box hard drive not been working for over three weeks can't watch in any other rooms or record ect called sky over two  weeks ago my wife waited in for  a new box all day chased up on day of delivery was told  it was on its way, 5 mins later lady called babk saying you need a site engineer I booked one was told this Saturday and had a text today saying it's now Monday just rand up again lady put me through to support then had a message saying it's closed complete shambles realy need an engineer this Saturday pleasev
