Sky box
Our sky box suddenly will not connect to the internet regardless of how many times we have tried to do it. There is nothing wrong with our broadband which is up and running just fine (EE) neither of our sky boxes will connect . The normal Sky works but none of the extras work (on demand, catch up or any of the Apps work Netflix, Disney , none of them work) please help

Have you carried out a Network reset on your Q box ?
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
As you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the EE router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
