That is a TV message saying basically that it cannot see any device connected to the TV HDMI input.
Remove the HDMI cable ftom the TV and the Q box and then refit it making sure that is corrected fitted.
Check that the TV is switched to the correct HDMI input and try powering on the Q box again.

This should set the boxes resolution to 1080, then try cycling through the HDMI inputs using your TV remote.
