Sky box not working

Very disappointed with sky Q box not working last 2 days now no help on customer service chat box now order new one will deliver in 3 days now so almost week out without sky and paying full money top of that but concern hope sky won't charge me for box replacement no help anywhere

Once it's fixed Sky will normally credit your account from the time the issue was reported but you will need to call to request this.

If you are doing a box swap remember to remove your viewing card before handing over the old box...
