Sky box not working

Sky Q box not displaying picture 

have tried reset

have tried unplugging 

I can turn box on and off with remote - light goes amber to green but not sending signal to tv

@Quackblade  Try using the Sky remote and press buttons Home 1-0-8-0 Home.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The third reset (waiting 15 mins) worked.  🤷🏻‍♂️
