Sky box not working

After I disconnected the tv to move furniture and connect back up again ( same place ) my sky tv is not working all plugs are plugged and I restart the box although it has a green light the tv wont come on

Hi @S+Rodrigues 

Remove the Q HDMI cable from both ends and then refit.

Also make sure that the TV is switched to the Q HDMI input and then restart the Q box again.

As @oldfella was mentioning, your source may have switched to another HDMI port - use your TV remote to switch through the various sources to see if it picks up the Sky Q box again.
