Sky box not beep

My sky box doesn't set the beep off to find my remote and I can't find my remote

If you can't find it (it may have flat battery or failed) then ask Sky for a new one or buy one.

It only works for the main Sky Q box. It won't work it you're trying it on a mini box.

I know it doesn't work on the mini box. But it is the mains sky box it is not working on batteries are not low as new ones went in the other day. I will email sky at some point today and ask if I can have a new remote.

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).

It’s possibly going to be a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare.

Yeah they're not likely to send a new one for free anyway, just because you've mislaid it. Might as well buy one locally.
