Sky box need constant reset

Sky box constantly needs reset to work on TV.

 

Broadband is working and can access sky go on ipad.

 

light is green on sky box and sky q box is constantly spinning blue so appears stuck. I have reset multiple times following the instructions. This fixes the problem at that moment but as needs to be done again if the TV is left / turned off
