Sky box is not working

I was on hold for over an hour now on hold again my new sky box is not working

If you want the forums help you'll need to provide additional info as Not working doesn't help the forum to help you.

 

What exactly is happening when you switch the Q box on, any error messages?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As mentioned in above post, would be useful if you let us know what exactly is happening with your Sky q box, like not powering on, no tv signal or no satellite signal, messages on screen etc.

That will help us offer more help for you.
