Sky box going off

Hi my sky tv box keeps switching itself off every few hours

In settings it's in ECo mode, I've switched it off at the plug every time it goes off and it does come back on, but it is very frustrating to have to keep doing it, done it 3 times today already and the tv hasn't been on all day
