Sky box drops wifi connection

My sky q box loses its connection regularly. It's not a WiFi problem as all other devices we have work when this happens. It's really frustrating as we are struggling to watch tv .

rebooting box requires a long passwod entry... frustrating!!

Same here, judging by posts on the forums it seems connected to using a non Sky broadband supplier.
