Sky a main box not working

Received a replacement remote for mini box. Set up ok and working fine however sky q main box is now not working!  Have followed troubleshooting guide ie unplug, standby etc etc but cannot get it to work. Don't think issue is with the remote, rather a box issue. Any ideas, resolution to this?
