Sky a issue

So my original sky q box failed and. Wouldn't turn on despite try resets and updates, new sky q box turned up today, set up and working but now I either lose sound or the picture freezes or goes off, if I unplug the box and plug back in all ok for 10-15mins then it'll go down again, won't respond to the remote etc unless I unplug and plug it back in
