Hi my sky is saying my viewing card is not inserted !!! Took out and re inserted chip up as instructed , still not working

Try a power down and up of the box too.

if that doesn't work then you'll need to contact Sky.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
