Sky VIP customer and Paramount+ has stopped working

ParaMount+ has stopped working, not for the first time either.  As a Sky VIP customer I expect better and an explanation when Apps such as P+  stop working.  The screen is the generic home screen asking me to either get P+ or sign in

Have you tried signing in?

 

(Most of the streaming services have a facility to log you out of all devices - as a security measure - so it's possible that has happened. Or the box has reset itself and lost login details for the apps - happened to me a month back)

Hi, contacted Sky.com and a technical guy helped  resolve the problem. Aparently if any of the apps become temporarily  unavailabe,  all you need to do to is log back in again. If you have forgotten your password just follow link instruction.  These issues are usually caused by the app owners updating their systems. There is no warning this will happen, so One to watchout for
