Sky TV Pause/Play Intermittently Crashes

Hello all,

We have recently signed up with Sky and when we watch shows, we have the ability to pause, rewind and play but it seems like we only have '3 lives' as if we do it too much, it either refuses to then play after a pause or plays for 2 seconds and then pauses again.

For me, this is especially annoying when watchin sport and not wanting to find out the result. For example, this weekend the F1, I had to go into the Live Stream to then 'Start from Beginning', wizz through the pre-show and then play when the grid lined up. When pressing play, it would then almost immediately pause meaning I could no longer watch. 

I'd have to go through the whole procedure again and ultimately find out the result accidentally. 

Does anyone have the same Pause/Play issues?

@LedgeRooski Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Yes I have the same problem it's really annoying. I hope sky respond.
