Sky TV Not Working

I started a new subscription yesterday around 7 o'clock but I'm still getting a message on screen need to update subscription Sky Tv is Not Working working 26 hours later

It’s always recommended to be signed in to sky.com, this is so Help can identify your products, but also for services such as Messaging where it can’t check agent availability until you are signed in.
