Sky Sports recap (red) button

• I gave Sky Q and for the last number of weeks when watching Sky Sports soccer matches in UHD, when I press the red button to recap ie see shots, goals when watching the live match, it stats that there are none available, and to come back later to check. This happens even when there have been goals etc.
