Sky Sports Subscription

I have a black screen where sky sports channels should be. If I try to record anything it says Failed No subscription.

My Sky Sports subscription is valid until September 2024.

Trying to speak to a human is like asking for the moon!

Any suggestions please?

Hi @Arizona2127  As suggested, try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
