My sky Q box is not working. It will not come on. No signal . I have checked everything and it is not working.  Te remote will not go into sky. I have tried a different sky remote and no luck and changed the batteries. I have attempted to reset it. Nothing I have tried works. There is no blue light on at the cabk of the syy Q box. No signal. Our main TV  is working. I think our sky q box is broken. Please can you help as I just don't know what to do. I am disabled and just nee to get the sky q box working. Thank you
