Sky Q won’t work at 4am

Hi, sky q main box and all the other boxes won't work at 4am. Says not connected. Works fine at 6am. Why? Thank you.

Your box is probably set to Eco Standby mode, this puts the box into a low power mode between 2:45-5:45am. You can change it in the settings:

Go to Settings, Setup, Preferences, then set the standby mode to either Active or None.
