Sky Q using 4G
Been using Sky Q for several years with no issues, but now having problems downloading content getting the "Download Failed, No Subscription" error - I'm not in a fibre area and have a lowish speed fixed broadband connection (<20mpbs) , but a good 4G connection (80-100mpbs) which I load balance between. Latency is typically 10-35 ms, so not slow, but I suspect SkyQ is getting upset as it sets up connections with several servers which may use the different routes.
I can route all the traffic from the IP Address of the Sky Q Box to just use the fixed connection, but that then means that any streaming services (eg Netflix, TNT) that I access via SkyQ, struggle to run at 4k/HLG/UHD at the lower speed and start buffering so that causes another issue - is there a way of just routing the Sky Q server traffic over my fixed connection eg are the SkyQ servers all in a similar domain that could be group routed over the fixed connection (eg www. *skyq* .com ) . Thanks for any insights...
