Hello, I've seen so many posts from people suffering with the same issue.
I moved into my flat last year and had sky a installed.
Since then, for a couple of months, I experienced intermittent, satellite signal messages on my TV on certain channels. I would restart it. It would work for a few minutes, however they she would re-occur.
I had an engineer out he seemed to sort it, however, it then continued.
it's stopped doing it for a few months and my TV has been perfect since March however, for the last 10 days it has been doing it again.. it's driving me insane and no other residents in my block are experiencing this issue.
I have arranged for an engineer to come out and have a look at it again that this will only be in the middle of July and quite frankly I can't wait till then. I also don't want to be in a position where the engineer seems to fix it. Wilson is there however after leaving it goes back into the same issues occur (which is what happened last time).
is there any advice to stop this issue happening at all as I can't seem to find a resolution on any of the help forums.

If that's a communal system then the steps either you or Sky can take to resolve anything are limited: you have access to only your local box and cable, and Sky may (but not always) have an additional item of hardware attached to the communal switch.

I know nothing about communal systems, but you would hope this would allow the engineer to focus on the specific elements that are unique to your setup. e.g. the cables & connectors between your Sky Q box and the point at which they meet the communal elements.

What has your landlord or building management company said when you've reported this issue to them, especially as your neighbours who have Sky are not having this problem?
