I bought a new sky Q remote because my dog chewed the other.
The new one wont seem to connect, I've tried presssing and holding 7 & 9 four red flashing lighted happen but nothing for when I press and hold 1 & 3.
also in my sky Q box it's got a constant red lights glowing, usually for when your recording.
please help ASAP .
